Fragrance Descriptions A-H

Acai Berry (purple): Acai berries grow on the acai berry palm tree in the Amazon Rainforest. Known around the world for its health benefits, it also has a unique tropical berry fragrance that is fast growing into a popular scent with candle burners. Bath and body products are also a real treat scented in acai berry.

All Hallow's Eve (black): Combining some of my favorite fragrances, such as, apple, citrus, spice and pumpkin create this fabulous fall blend!

Almost Paradise (honeydew green): Perfect for a relaxing evening! You’ll feel like you’re in paradise flowing with sweet strawberries, raspberries, and red currants. Freshly picked ylang, warm vanilla, and ginger linger in the air.

Alyssum (purple): The romantic fragrance of freshly cut alyssum flowers. The alyssum is so delicate but packs a powerful punch when it comes to aroma. Smells like a fresh bouquet just from the garden.

Antique Lace (purple): Fresh Jasmine with vanilla beans. Topped off with a base note of musk. The combination of the fragrances is truly old fashion romance at its best!

Apple Strudel (red): Sweet golden delicious and tart green apples baked with cinnamon and wrapped in delicious flaky pastry dough. This is a wonderful baked apple scent with hints of frosting, cinnamon, nutmeg and other spices. Very different from our other apple scents. One of our fall top sellers but popular all year through.

Apricot Vanilla (peach - new for 2011): A mix of vanilla and sweet apricot.

Autumn Apples (red): Rustic woodsy apple scent. Makes you think of bobbing for apples and playing in a pile of autumn leaves!

Baby Bee (Ivory): A fragrance cocktail of luscious fruits such as peaches, mandarin oranges, coconut pulp, bergamot, grapefruit, tropical guava, and tangy lemons.

Baby Powder (white): So true to the first, fresh & gentle scent ever put on baby! This soft powdery scent makes a perfect gift for the mommy-to-be!

Balsam (bayberry): A fresh pine balsam aroma is great for Christmas time, or all year round.

Banana Nut Bread (caramel): Warm & nutty, just like Grandma's fresh baked bread out of the oven. Topped off with chopped walnuts for a delicious banana nut bread fragrance.

Basil and Nectarine (orange): Herbaceous Basil and Nectarine Juices give a powerful punch to this interesting blend. Juicy & fresh with a touch of herb.

Bayberry (bayberry): Bayberry is a classic fresh winter fragrance and a traditional scent for the holiday season.

Belgian Waffle (vanilla): A duplicate to a fresh warm Belgium Waffle smothered with creamy maple syrup. Simply delicious!

Bergamot (green): Italian Bergamot with notes of Spanish Petigrain and Sage.

Bergamot & Tarragon Leaves (teal): A truly spectacular spa-like fragrance with top notes of tarragon leaves, grapefruit, and lime; followed by middle notes of bergamot and jasmine; well rounded with base notes of oak moss and bamboo.

Berries-N-Cream (red): A great springtime and summer scent. Fresh strawberries mixed with other berries. Softened with undertones of creamy vanilla.

Best Friends (pink): A wonderful aromatic blend of boysenberries, elderberries, strawberries, guava and pomegranate with a down of soft vanilla. An all around favorite scent with many customers. Try one for yourself and an extra for your "best friend".

Black Amber Musk (black): A wonderful deep scent created by mixing black amber, clove, nutmeg, and musk. A beautiful fragrance!

Black Cherry (burgundy - new for 2011): I seldom will say when I have a favorite because there are so many different fragrances, but this is really, really yummy. If you like black cherry scent, I'm sure you will find this the best out there.

Black Currant Cassis (white - new for 2011): A sparkling blend of Red Cassis and Sensual Neroli refreshed with notes of Black Currant, Dazzling Raspberry and Sweet Dewfruit.

Black Licorice (black): Strong and true to its name; this black licorice scent is sure to please! This is a very pronounced and strong fragrance. If you like black licorice, it's a must have.

Blackberry (dark purple - new for 2011): Sweet ripe Blackberry with cassis and damask Rose notes.

Blackberry Fizz (purple): This fragrance begins with fruity notes of blackberry, strawberry, and pomegranate, citrus middle notes of mandarin, grapefruit, and lime, with a base note of bamboo.

Blackberry Sage Tea (sage): A wonderful primitive fragrance concocted by mixing blackberries, sage, musk, tea, and wild berries.

Blueberry (blue): A straight blueberry. I've made blueberry muffin and blueberry cobbler in the past. After trying this a couple years ago, it out sold the other two by a long shot. Smells like fresh picked blueberries ready to eat!

Bonsai Tree (bayberry): Top notes of Sage, Lemon and Bergamot. Middle notes of Jasmine, Bois de Rose, Geranium, Lavender and white Cedar Base notes of Heliotrope, Amber, Birch and Musk.

Brambleberry Ivy (green): Fruity strawberry, peach, green melon, ozone, jasmine, rose, and vanilla.

Buttercream Crunch (ivory): Just like the buttercream frosting on a cupcake. A sweet creamy vanilla.

Butterscotch Pudding (butterscotch): Granules of pure white sugar crystals are folded into divine swirls of golden butter and sweet, thick cream to create this irresistible classic pudding treat!

Cake Bake (ivory - New for 2011): A delicious winner combined by using vanilla and sweet cake. The sweet cake adds a wonderful spin if you want something other simply vanilla.

Candy Corn (yellow, white, orange): This is a sweet vanilla that smells just like the candy. Delicious!

Cappuccino (brown): A sweet, frothy Italian coffee treat! This scent has been with me since I started making candles. A favorite with customers in the coffee mug. I put a frothy top on it and add some wax coffee beans. Cute!

Caribbean Coconut (white): A crisp tropical treasure fallen from the palm tree! Makes you think of laying on a beach while getting the perfect island tan!

Carnation (pink): A crisp, clean aroma of freshly picked carnation flowers with bottom notes of fresh greenery. Wonderful fresh floral fragrance!

Carrot Cake (orange): A fragrant recipe of Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Carrots, and Raisins. Rounding out this delicious concoction are Cloves, Vanilla, and Maple. The richest, creamiest Carrot Cake ever!

Cashmere (pink - New for 2011): Sensual, with exotic spice notes, this sexy fragrance has notes of saffron, pimento berries, white pepper, and a lovely blend of floral, patchouli, and vanilla.

Cedar Wood (brown): My grandmother used to go through her goodies and tell me stories when I was a little girl. The thing I remember so much was the smell of cedar when we would dig through her cedar chest. This fragrance is a true cedar and very lovely.

Chamomile (white): I love this flower in my cottage garden. Because of the simplicity of growing it, it tends to make a crazy day seem a little tamer at dawn. Because it is so willing to bloom and thrive it makes a difficult day seem easier. These are the things I think about when I light one, sit on my deck, and admire my gardens after a long work day. Ahhhh!

Cherry (red): When I was a little girl I loved opening the jar of cherries and eating them. This smells just like those cherries I used to sneak!

Cherry Blossom (pink): An oriental and sensual scent that is a well-rounded blend of pink Japanese cherry blossoms and fragrant mimosa flower petals, with warm base notes of vanilla, Tonka bean, and oriental woods.

Chocolate Chip Cookie (ivory): The wonderful aroma of freshly baked cookies with base notes of semi-sweet chocolate and vanilla. This is not a strong scent so if you're looking for a soft sweet scent, this might be the way to go.

Chocolate Mint (mint): Who doesn't like chocolate? That's what I thought ♥ and with a hint of mint it's very settling and soothing.

Christmas Cabin (red): A wonderful blend of bayberries and cranberries with a top note of freshly crushed cinnamon bark with hints of orange zests.

Christmas Cheer (red, green): A spicy composition of cinnamon, clove and nutmeg with light fruity notes. This was the first Christmas scent I carried and people love it as much from year to year.

Christmas Thyme (green): The aroma of bayberries and apples with a base note of fresh pine needles and thyme, with a top note of freshly ground cinnamon bark.

Christmas Wassail (red): A wonderful aroma of mulled apple cider, fresh pineapple, and orange zests surrounded with spicy cinnamon and cloves.

Cinnamon Bun (caramel): Warm cinnamon sticky bun drizzled with sweet white frosting. This scent has been a favorite with customers since I've been making candles. In the fall I make hand rolled cinnamon buns that are great on a plate for decor or for burning.

Cinnamon Stick (cinnamon): A very strong cinnamon with pronounced woody notes. Just like a natural cinnamon stick! I've tried many cinnamon fragrance oils and this one was a best seller for me. It's the only straight cinnamon scent I use now.

Citrus Cream (white): A cream soda type with a twist of citrus.

Clementine (orange): Wonderful citrus arrangement including top notes of tangerine, orange, grapefruit, and lime; with middle notes of ginger, and lime blossoms, and a fresh base note of vanilla bean.

Cloved Cranberry (burgundy): Tart cranberries simmered with spice and sprinkled with a sugared glaze. An exceptionally fruity blend sweetened with honey.

Cool Cilantro (green): A single note of freshly picked cilantro herb. Clean, crisp, and soothing describe this scent loved by many. A great scent for yourself or to give a friend who has herb gardens.

**OUT** Cotton Blossom (white): Soothing with a blend of cotton, mandarin blossom and freesia blended with a hint of peony. Very lovely scent.

Cotton Candy (pink): Smells like warm spun sugar I used to eat at the circus when I was a little girl. Then I ate it at the circus with my boys.

Country Bumpkin (orange): A wonderful complex blend of apples, candied yams, marshmallows, sweet cream butter, brown sugar, nutmeg, crushed cinnamon bark and fresh cloves. Bring the country home to you.

Crackling Firewood (caramel): Blend of wood, raspberry, and vanilla. This has been a favorite for many people since it became apart of our regular line in 2005.

Cranberry Relish (red): For those of you who are looking for a wonderful fresh, tart cranberry, Here it is!

Cranberry Vanilla (red): This is the tart cranberry I buy in my state, Wisconsin. Crisp, bold, and tangy with a splash of vanilla.

Cucumber Melon (honeydew melon): A blend of wild watermelon, cucumber and honeydew creates this incredibly fresh & fun fragrance! Cucumber melon is one of our original starting fragrances and is still loved by many people. This is not only a summertime favorite but is popular all year.

Cupid (ivory): This one is a must-smell! It's a rich, cherry almond coconut scent! You'll find it's not just for Valentine's Day. It's great all year 'round!

Doodle Bug (honeydew melon): An all around fun fragrance twisting together all kinds of berries, melons, and other fruits. Bazooka bubble gum is definitely resembled with this fragrance.

Dragon's Blood (red): A deep, mysterious, and beautiful scent made by mixing patchouli and cherry.

Dreamsicle (orange): A mixture of tangy citrus orange and luscious vanilla ice cream. This smells exactly like the frozen creamsicle treat tastes. Good!

Eggnog (ivory): Buttery, creamy, sweet and spicy Nutmeg. What a wonderful fragrance for the cool autumn days coming. If you like drinking eggnog, you're sure to like this scent. It certainly is a duplicate of the warm delicious holiday drink.

Egyptian Musk (ivory): The top is a floral lily bouquet. The heart a rich wild violet. The base is exotic sandalwood and Egyptian musk.

English Toffee (brown): Buttery sweet, crunchy toffee candy!

Essence of Nature (purple - New for 2011): A clear and sensual fragrance based on top notes of Anise Seed and Ivy, middle notes of Violet Flowers and Iris, and base notes of Vanilla, Praline, Vetiver and Musk.

Eucalyptus (green): This has a clean, soothing aroma. This scent is said to bring relief for sinus congestion.

Eucalyptus & Lavender (purple - New for 2011): A refreshing, modern blend of lavender with a variety of fresh floral and warm spice notes. In the opening accord, bright citrus notes create a dynamic counterpoint to clove, rosemary and eucalyptus. The heart notes are an alluring blend of lavender, jasmine, rose and geranium. The dry down is warm and inviting, a sensuous blend of patchouli and sweet woody lavender.

Fall Brew (orange): Blend of patchouli, cinnamon, and cedar wood.

Fireplace (white): All snuggled up by a crackling fire! A warm, woodsy fragrance with hints of pine.

First Snow (white): Blend of mint, jasmine, and pine. This fragrance has been with me since I started making candles. A best seller for Christmas and all winter. Customers wait for this to hit the shelves in fall.

Frankinsence & Myhrre (white): A classic Christmas blend, used in many churches. These are some of the holy gifts that were given to the baby Jesus by the three wise men.

Freesia & Musk (purple - New for 2011): Blend of freesia and white musk. This is a long time favorite garden flower because of the color and fragrance. This scent captures the beauty of freesia and the undertone of musk finished it nicely.

Fresh Brewed Coffee (brown): The aroma of strong black fresh brewed Arabica coffee beans.

Fresh Outdoors (white): Crisp and clean! Warm summer sunshine combines with select Floral and Citrus.

Fudge Brownie (brown - New for 2011): Chocolate anyone? This is full of warm, rich, milk chocolate that is absolutely yummy.

Garden of Paradise (yellow): Ozone, Jasmine, Tropical Fruit, Rose and Mandarin Orange. An exuberant concoction makes this wonderful summertime scent.

Gardenia (white): A beautiful floral scent that dupes the gardenia flower.

Georgia Peach (orange): Smells like a sweet, syrupy Georgia peach. This is such an awesome peach scent if you like peaches.

Ginger & White Tea (white - New for 2011): An oriental scent that is blended of citrus notes, exotic spices and beautiful jasmine. Soft tea notes round out this exciting fragrance.

Gingerbread (brown): A perfect holiday treat! A richly spiced gingerbread with just the right hint of sweetness.

Gingko Biloba (green): The top note is a rich combination of carnation & ylang with touches of green foliage. The heart is an exotic blend of jasmine, tuberose, spice, honeysuckle & rose. The base is a rich long lasting rain musk.

Grapefruit (yellow): A blend of sweet Citrus and tart Grapefruit. This is a pungent smell that is a pleaser if you like the smell of grapefruit.

Green Tea (mint): A refreshing blend of Green Tea, Clary Sage, Clove and Egyptian Geranium.

Green Tea & Ginger (sage): Tops notes of Green Tea, Grapefruit, Mandarin, Lemon, Orange and a mixed berry note. Middle notes of Ginger, Clove, jasmine, Rose and Herbal Tea with a Honey sweet base.

Harvest Moon (gold): Orange Oil, Pumpkin, Accord. Middle Notes: Nectarine, Hay Accord, Nutmeg. Base Notes: Cinnamon, Clove, Vanilla.

Hibiscus & Thai Palm (pink): Green Palm leaves gently wrap around a floral bouquet of hibiscus, rose and muguet to create this intoxicating floral.

Hillbilly Homebrew (orange/brown) : The aroma of mulled cider with woodsy notes of oak, cinnamon bark and cloves, with hints of wild berries.

Holly Berry (red): Soft berry notes combine with the aroma of fir trees to create this lovely scent.

Honeysuckle (pink): A beautiful sweet scent that duplicates the aroma of a honeysuckle patch.

Hot Apple Pie (red): Just the right blend of warm apples, spices and that home baked pie crust smell. An American classic!

Impression for Men (white): Great blend of musk, cedar wood, and sandalwood create this masculine fragrance.

Jelly Bean (multi color): It smells just like the taste you get when you grab a handful of jelly beans, stuff your mouth, and slurp away. Yummy!

Juice Splash (peach): A blend of different kinds of fruit and flowers finished with a soft down of vanilla and patchouli make this absolutely spectacular fragrance.

Juniper Freesia (purple - New for 2011): A blend of Juniper and Freesia. A very light and fresh aroma.

Lavender (purple): This is a true lavender. The potency of this fragrance will give you the feeling of walking through a lavender field.

Lavender Luxury (purple): A lavender lover's dream! A tranquil combination of fresh herbs and cool camphor. Unique and lovely!

Lavender & Musk (purple - New for 2011): Soft elegant blend of two relaxing fragrances: lavender and musk.

Lemon (yellow): When you slice a fresh lemon and the juice squirts, the juice smells so sour; yet so fresh and clean. This fragrance smells exactly like a fresh lemon. Citrus sour and lemon clean. Very nice ♥

Lemon Zinger (yellow - New for 2011): A wonderful lemon that differs from the regular lemon in that it's more like the zest of a lemon. It has a wonderful scent throw and is proving to be a great selling fragrance, but it is not the strong "sour" you get in the plain lemon scent.

Lemon Verbena Mint (yellow): This is such a lovely scent made by combining lemon, herbal verbena, and spearmint.

Lilac (purple): The sweet smell of lilac bushes blooming is a sure sign that spring is here!

Lily (white - New for 2011): A plain lily scent that smells just like the popular Easter Lily. Very fragrant.

Lily of the Valley (white):This is a lovely fragrance that smells like the tiny white flowers that make their debut early in spring bursting with a fragrant floral aroma that is especially nice.

Lime (green): This lime is very refreshing and clean. Reminds me more of eating key lime pie.

Macintosh Apple (red): Can you say crisp, red and juicy? This is a nice apple fragrance with out the addition of spices or other fruit that most apple fragrances have.

Magnolia (pink): This scent smells just like the flower and throws a strong scent.

Mandarin & Bergamot (orange - New for 2011): Definitely a fragrance that will fill your room over flowing with the citrus of mandarin oranges backed with the punch of bergamot.

Mango Papaya (orange): Mango plus papaya; they are just a perfect match. This packs a powerful punch of fruit fragrance that smells so much like summer. Very nice fragrance.

Mint Julip (mint): A brisk blend of crisp peppermint, spearmint and fresh orange enhanced by mid tones of herbaceous eucalyptus and fresh lavender. Cooling menthol underneath completes the invigorating effect.

Mistletoe (green - New for 2011): Pine needle, Fir, Balsam and Cedar leaf combine in this clean smelling fragrance. Citrus and Clove top notes add a warm and uplifting ambiance. A must for the holiday seasons.

Moonlight Walk (blue): Blend of musk and summer flowers.

Mossberry (red): Fresh picked Raspberry blended with Oak Moss, Lavender, Italian Bergamot and Indian Patchouli. This fragrance offers the aroma of fruit but is presented with an earthy tone as a result of the oak moss and patchouli. A nice alternative to sweet fruit fragrances.

Mulberry (burgundy): Incredibly strong scent with great throw, very pronounced mouth watering mulberry!

Mulled Cider (spice): Blend of apple, cinnamon, orange and vanilla. There are a lot of mulled ciders on the market and I believe this is the nicest one you will find. I have used this for the past 4 years. After trying countless other apple cider fragrances, I was pleasantly surprised when I found this one.

Musk (ivory): Woody Mahogany and Sandalwood with notes of a creamy and musky Patchouli.

Nag Champa (sage): An exotic blend of floral, spices and resins from India. Very strong!

Niagara Falls (green): Fresh ozone water notes, with romantic floral and a seductive musky base.

Oatmeal, Milk & Honey (ivory): This is a very natural smelling blend that's heavy on the oatmeal and has just the right sweet touch of honey.

Ocean Mist (blue): A brisk ocean type scent, clean and refreshing.

Old Fashioned Christmas (red/green): This is a classic for us. A warm holiday scent so pleasing with the sweet citrus balanced with cinnamon and clove. Underneath there is a hint of Christmas tree. An absolute favorite of many people through Christmas and all winter.

Olive Blossom (sage): Very sophisticated upscale and spa-like. Not floral in a heavy way, not perfumy in an overwhelming way, just one beautiful fragrance.

Orange Cranberry (red/orange): The blend of cranberry and orange is a winner. There's something about the tartness of cranberry that goes well with other fruit. When you combine the sweet orange citrus along with the tart cranberry it's a perfect marriage. This fragrance has been a best sell for me since I've been in business.

Orchid (purple): Smells like an orchid flower. I think orchids have a clean smell to them.

Orchid Rain (blue): This fragrance is modern and spa-like. You will be tantalized by the unique combination of fresh orchids, peony, water lily, watercress, aloe vera, and bamboo. A fragrance that opens your mind and soul to complete harmony.

Paradise (pink): A smooth blend of strawberries & cream with a powerful pomegranate punch!

Passionate Crush (red): Fresh Macintosh apple enhanced and sweetened by jasmine and rose.

Pear (yellow): A true fragrance of freshly picked ripe Pear with hints of Peach, Berries and Apple.

Peony (pink): The aroma of large pink peony flowers cascading down the luscious greenery. Pure elegance!

Peppermint (pink - New for 2011): Fill your home with this wonderful spicy peppermint. Great scent anytime.

Pine Twist (light green): Blend of pine, fir, cedar, and eucalyptus.

Pineapple (yellow): One of the sweetest tropical fruits ever! Originating from Brazil, this juicy yellow fruit is a favorite!

Pink Grapefruit (pink): Smells like grapefruit.

Pink Girl (pink): Geared toward the younger person this is loved by all. Childhood memories are revisited with the combination of a multitude of fragrances including vanilla, caramel, bergamot, sicilian orange, raspberry, fig leaves, lily of the valley, licorice, strawberry, red fruit, cotton candy, musk, sandalwood, tonka bean and powdery notes.

Plum Pudding (plum): This scent isn't just for Christmas time. Remember Georgie Porgie? He put his thumb in during the summer

Popcorn (yellow): This smells like buttery popcorn right off the stove. Fluffy popcorn with lots of melted butter. Great to burn when you're at the movies!

Pumpkin Crunch (pumpkin): Blend of pumpkin, carrot, cinnamon, clove, and rum. This is a spicy, candy like pumpkin that makes your mouth water.

Purely Herbal (green): Clean, fresh and invigorating! Freshly picked herbs dripping with morning dew........ahhhhh so fresh!

Rain (blue): A fresh, light rain scent with a floral undertone. This scent has been with me from the time I started making candles. Loved all year round by many people.
